Hamilton, MT

Welcome to the Big Sky Fiber Arts Festival! Vendors will be in the large Convention Center at the Ravalli County Fairgrounds. The building is clean, air conditioned and spacious. This is a three day show. All booths will have electric outlets and WiFi access. Though lighting is good in the building, you are advised to bring lighting for your booth to bring out the color and texture of items you have for sale.
Chairs and tables are NOT available, please bring your own.
All commercial items sold at the Big Sky Fiber Arts Festival must be fiber related. As in the past, we will continue to feature natural fibers and materials, fiber arts and crafts, and products for the production and care of natural fibers and fiber producing animals. The Fiber Arts Festival reserves the right to reject items not in keeping with the focus of the festival.
Although pelts, prepared fiber and samples are permitted in commercial booths, raw wool or mohair fleeces must be entered and sold through the fleece show only.
All aspects of the booths are the responsibility of the vendor. Fiber arts classes will run from 9am to noon and from 2 5pm. This will
allow class participants 2 hours for lunch and shopping.
Set up: 8am to noon on Friday. All booths must be set up and the aisles cleared by noon.
Festival is open to the public: Friday June 9 at noon 6pm Saturday June 10 from 8:30am to 6pm Sunday June 11 from 8:30 to 2pm Take down: 2pm to 6:00pm, the building must be clear by 6:00pm, no exceptions.
Unlike past years vendors will not have to pay for a three day pass to the festival ($10/person) at the gate.
